I used the standard cd and cd case that you buy in the stores. The only way customers new what they were receiving is by the insert I printed off, or the yellow sticky note I put on the cd case when my printer wasn’t working.

I decided to utilize an order fulfillment company. Kunaki was a cd/dvd order fulfillment company I had been hearing about for years, so I thought I’d give them a try.

Kunaki is an awesome service. To use Kunaki as your order fulfillment center, just download their software, which allows you to upload your cd/dvd artwork and the contents of the cd or dvd.

Once you’ve uploaded your artwork and content, you can then place orders on an as needed bases. You will not have to upload the cd/dvd contents again, unless you don’t order the product within a 90 day period, then it is deleted from the system and you will have to re-upload it again.

When you make a sale, simply login to the Kunaki website, choose the product you want to ship, enter the shipping address and billing information, and Kunaki will print the artwork, burn the cd/dvd, package the cd/dvd, and ship it directly to your customer.

Another great feature of Kunaki is the online order processing capabilities. If you want to sell directly from your website, Kunaki will collect the payments, deduct their fees, and send you a check for the difference each month. They recently began using Paypal, so you can receive your money instantly.
